Production Departments

Metal Working / Robot Welding / Welding

We have specialized equipment of the highest technology such as laser cutters, plasma and bending units for the machining of the metal parts of our equipment. High quality tools, qualified personnel and robotic equipment make our welding processes comply with international quality standards.

Cnc Machining / Pump Assembly And Test / Plastic Injection

Pump’s parts are machines that need to be produced in a sensitive way to ensure their optimal performance. Our CNC equipment simplifies the complex tasks that operators perform in turn, so this way our productivity and quality improve. Annually we produce thousands of high-pressure diaphragm pumps ranging from 30 liters to 200 liters capacity, thus offering our customers a reliable and affordable product. To check the absence of defects each of our pumps are tested as an individual element and as a component when they are installed as part of our equipment. We manufacture plastic injection parts and molds flawlessly, competitively, and on time in line with advanced machinery production, customer needs, and total quality system goals.

Rotational Molding / Surface Treatment Before Painting / Automated Powder Painting

With the experience and equipment acquired over the years, today we can produce high quality tanks ranging from 100 liters to 3000 liters. Surface preparation/pretreatment is also essential for achieving a successful powder-coating outcome The use of adequate painting facilities is of the utmost importance to enhance the finish and make the quality of our products even more visible.

Warehouse / Machine Assembly / Delivery

An adequate stock of parts and spare parts guarantee our distributors an efficient response to the needs of their customers. Since we serve the specific needs of each of our clients, we seek to pay attention to detail in the assembly processes of our products. We are characterized by a constant search for improvements in our production processes. Our goal is to be able to deliver quality, durable and functional equipment to our customers. Properly designed products and meticulous loading of them offer efficient use of means of transport to minimize costs.
